Refund and Return Policy:
If you have purchased a Pure-b product from one of our stockists and are looking to return the product or receive a refund, please contact the store you purchased from directly and enquire about their store policies on returns and refunds.
If you have purchased directly from our online store, in the unlikely event that you need to return a damaged, incorrect or faulty product please contact our team with proof of purchase within 7 days of receiving your order via email at info@pure-b.com.au or call us directly on 0450 716 966.
If a product you have purchased from us does not meet your expectations, you may return it to us within 30 days along with proof of purchase and we will provide a store credit or a replacement product will be issued. Please note : unless the product is damaged, incorrect or faulty we will not cover shipping costs. We will process the exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving the returned product.
Shipping Methods: We use Australia Post and local courier services for shipping. Orders are carefully and securely packaged so that your products arrive in perfect condition. Goods ordered for Australia should arrive within 10 working days.
Delivery Charges: For all orders within Australia a flat P&H rate of $10.00 applies. Free Delivery if you order over $100 worth of products (does not apply to wholesale customers). As our way of saying thank you for placing a large order, you will receive free shipping on orders of $100 or more. Free shipping is for Standard Australia Post within Australia only. This offer does not apply to wholesale customers.
